A Professional Practice Network for Early Education Leaders

Early education leadership is complex work—and no leader should have to navigate it alone.

Early Learning Leadership Partners is a professional practice network designed specifically for Early Childhood Directors, Coordinators, Principals, and Program Leaders who want to connect with colleagues, share ideas, explore challenges, and strengthen their leadership practice.

This partnership creates a consistent space for early education leaders to step away from the day-to-day demands of their roles and engage in meaningful conversations with other professionals doing similar work. Participants will have opportunities to share successes, problem-solve challenges, reflect on leadership decisions, and learn from the experiences of colleagues in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The network is grounded in the anchor text Leading Pre-K–3rd Grade Learning Communities, which provides a common foundation for conversation and reflection. Rather than traditional professional development where participants simply receive information, Early Learning Leadership Partners emphasizes discussion, collaboration, reflection, and practical application.

Through 10 virtual sessions on Mondays from October 5 through December 14, 2026, from 4:00–5:00 PM, participants will build professional relationships while exploring the opportunities and challenges that come with leading early learning communities.

About Your Facilitator

Kim Taylor is an experienced early learning leader, educator, and professional presenter with a passion for supporting educators and strengthening early childhood programs. She currently serves as Principal of Franklin Public Schools and as an Adjunct Professor at Bridgewater State University.

Kim is also an engaging presenter who brings practical leadership experience and a deep understanding of early learning to her professional learning work. This summer, she presented at the Riverside Learning Elementary Administrators’ Conference, sharing her expertise with school leaders from across Massachusetts.

Through Early Learning Leadership Partners, Kim brings that same practical, collaborative approach to creating a professional community where early education leaders can connect, reflect, share ideas, and learn from one another.
