Erica Thomas-DiGregorio serves as the K–12 Director of School Leadership for Attleboro Public Schools, where she leads and supports districtwide initiatives focused on strengthening instructional leadership, student support systems, and organizational coherence. With a deep commitment to building effective school structures, Erica works alongside administrators to ensure alignment, sustainability, and impact across K–12 settings.
Prior to her current role, Erica was the Associate Principal for Instruction and Guidance at Seekonk High School. In this position, she played a key role in advancing instructional practices, strengthening counseling services, and supporting both student achievement and staff development. Her leadership experience bridges both academic and social-emotional systems, giving her a comprehensive perspective on whole-child education.
Erica holds a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (C.A.G.S.) in School Leadership from American International College, a Master of Education in School Counseling from Rivier University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Rivier University. Her background in counseling continues to inform her systems-level approach to leadership and student support.
She brings particular expertise in systems-level student support and school structures, including the development and implementation of comprehensive K–12 school counseling programs. Erica is highly experienced in MyCAP (My Career and Academic Plan), postsecondary planning and pathways, and ensuring alignment and fidelity within school systems while addressing systems drift. She is also skilled in designing and refining Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Erica is also the founder of ERTD Education, a consulting organization focused on supporting schools, leaders, communities, and families in strengthening systems, aligning adult practice, and building sustainable structures that improve student access and reduce overload. Outside of her professional work, Erica enjoys watching British television dramas and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen—two passions that reflect both her curiosity and creativity.
