Riverside Learning is thrilled to welcome Jennifer Kelley to our growing team of educational consultants and professional learning specialists. Jen brings more than twenty years of experience in public education, with an impressive background spanning classroom instruction, curriculum leadership, instructional coaching, educational leadership, graduate-level teaching, and statewide professional development. Her dedication to supporting both students and educators has made her a respected leader throughout Massachusetts and beyond.
Jen currently serves as a Math Instructional Coach in Carver Public Schools, where she works closely with teachers and school leaders to strengthen mathematics instruction and improve student outcomes. In this role, she supports educators through coaching cycles, co-planning, classroom modeling, data analysis, curriculum alignment, and professional learning communities. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Jenn has helped educators implement research-based instructional practices that increase engagement, deepen conceptual understanding, and create more equitable learning experiences for students.
Prior to her current coaching role, Jennifer served as the district’s Math Coordinator and Coach, leading PK–5 mathematics curriculum initiatives, professional development, intervention programming, and instructional improvement efforts. She also evaluated teachers using the Massachusetts Educator Evaluation Framework and partnered with district leadership teams to support schoolwide academic goals and curriculum implementation. Her experience as both a classroom teacher and district leader allows her to connect authentically with educators at every level of experience.
Jen’s passion for mathematics education extends beyond her school district work. She is the founder and chairperson of the South Shore Math Coaches Council, a long-standing professional network that brings together math coaches, curriculum leaders, and teachers from districts across southern Massachusetts. Through this organization, Jenn has created opportunities for educators to collaborate, share best practices, and stay current with evolving instructional trends in mathematics education. She has also presented at regional conferences, including the Math for All Conference at Bridgewater State University, where she represented the South Shore Math Coaches Council in both 2025 and 2026.
In addition to her K–12 leadership experience, Jennifer has served as an adjunct professor and instructor for graduate and licensure programs at several higher education institutions, including Endicott College, Fitchburg State University, and Salem State University. She has taught courses focused on differentiated instruction, curriculum and teaching, educational leadership, cooperative learning, family literacy, and innovative instructional practices. Her work in higher education reflects her belief that effective professional learning should be engaging, practical, and directly connected to the realities educators face every day.
Jen’s educational background includes a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in Educational Leadership and Management from Fitchburg State College, a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Lesley University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Marist College. She holds Massachusetts licensure as both a Principal/Assistant Principal and an Elementary Educator, along with a Sheltered English Immersion Administrator endorsement.
At Riverside Learning, Jennifer Kelley will support districts and educators through dynamic professional development, instructional coaching, curriculum support, leadership training, and mathematics-focused learning opportunities. Her energy, expertise, and commitment to relationship-building make her an outstanding addition to the Riverside Learning team. We are excited for the impact she will have as she continues empowering educators and helping schools create meaningful learning experiences for all students.
