Massachusetts educators have the flexibility to design their own professional development experiences and earn PDPs toward Professional License renewal. Riverside Learning supports this process by pairing you with a dedicated Professional Development Advisor who will guide and monitor your progress through your self-designed plan. This approach allows you to earn PDPs for meaningful work that can be implemented immediately in your classroom—whether you’re developing curriculum, designing innovative units, or creating special projects tailored to your students’ needs. It’s an ideal opportunity for educators who enjoy creativity, autonomy, and practical application. Riverside Learning offers three flexible options to meet your goals—see below for more information.
